Hydroseeding
Hydroseeding is an efficient, high quality and most importantly, cost effective, way to kickstart your new lawn. In technical terms we apply a slurry that is a combination of seed, mulch, and colorant, since it is applied at a high velocity it stays where it is placed far better than simply overseeding.. Another benefit of hydroseeding is that it stops erosion in its tracks. Seeds tend to germinate in 1-4 weeks depending on when it is applied and you will most likely start seeing sprouts within a week.

At JT we use pavers for all of our landscaping projects. Pavers are uniquely suited for the dramatic range of temperatures we get in the FM area. Instead of cracking like slab concrete when the ground shifts, expands, and contracts, pavers shift and change with the ground underneath it. This classy and elegant solution is both lovely to look at and more sustainable long term.
Curbing
Curbing is an excellent way to create a root and debris barrier for any landscaping areas. Since our style of curbing is a continuous line of concrete, there is no need to worry about anything moving out of place over time. We have the ability to do almost any color under the sun so no need to stick to a more dull color if you want something brighter!
