What is a Sprinkler Blow Out? (Winterization)

Unfortunately,  we live in a beautiful place that gets very, very, very cold in  the winter. Because of this, we need to prevent our irrigation systems  from freezing over and causing hundreds of dollars worth of system  damage. The process of blowing out a system is usually very  straightforward. We run the system as we push air through it to fully  evacuate any water from the network of pipes. Then back drain the system  and leave the water source open so the system does not fill up over the  winter.

Dripping

If  you notice your water source inside dripping after 24 hours then the  ball valve is seeping and needs to be replaced. If left unfixed your  system could backfill during the winter and cause extensive damage.  Please contact your preferred plumber or Legacy Plumbing to get this  replaced.
